Hotel Kernen - Gstaad

This place was cozy, clean, and had a balcony; the location was convenient, right next to the Schoenried train station.

Particularly good location to explore Gstaad and courteous service. Accommodating, exceptional people working here. Exceptionally clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures...

excellant service was provided here. we had a standard double room with a lovely view. the location was beautiful, at a moderate distance from the cosmopolitan of las vegas.

I felt that we got 5 star service at a 3 star hotel. When we arrived we had complimentary tea and delicious cake. Delicious fruit basked available at all times. Turned down bed at night. All in all, I can only recommend this hotel.

The location was marvellous, not too far from Ski Lift Schronried. The area was new❤

The location is particularly good as it is very close to various hiking trails and ski slopes. the hotel also has a great restaurant and is conveniently located near the train station. I was very impressed with the superior twin room, which had a balcony.

The cleanliness of the hotel was of the highest standard

The rooms were very small with the bathroom being half the size of the room. The service was very slow and it seemed a hastle to often ask for something trivial.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our such wonderful 4 nights stay here. Overall it was impeccably clean, with a private bathroom. There was Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was courteous. We received wake up service for free, a nice bonus.

We had a great city break! Location was awesome, and it was lovely to have free coffee and cake in the afternoon. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the fabulous food served at dinner.

Our room faced the street, so there was a bit of noise from traffic, but nothing too disruptive. we would have appreciated a small fridge/minibar to keep drinks cool.
